Reviewed By Peter9393A new hotel (2012 I believe) with good quality fittings and room layout and finishings. Very close to teh nearby beach (200 m) and a walk along the coast to the historic Roman sites of Oren. The restaurant food is very good (did not have room service) and despite staying during ramazan teh chef prepared a la carte meals prior to iftar. Really one of the best hotel meals I have had in Turkey. Would happily stay here again as this hotel deserves an "excellent".

Reviewed By PELİN AI went Daidalos two times in August 14. I'm sure I will go there in winter too because the rooms are all wooden and stone so in winter it will be very romantic. The rooms are very big and comfortable bathroom is very good. At breakfast you have everything you need fresh and delicious. Hotel has a wonderful sea and mountain view. At night you can watch the stars and the lights over gulf. Hope to be there soon.

When we arrived after a long drive we wanted to shower but there was no hot water (they said it was a problem and will be fixed in an hour, it was around 4 or 5 pm, hot water came at around 10 pm). The bathroom smelled bad. For dinner they served lentil soup wich was good but then they served only fried fish without asking us if we eat fish. When we asked if there was anything else to eat they said only fish. But after that they were making burgers that you could buy. So we went and ate somewhere else. We stayed there while there was a teambuilding of sort and it got really loud at times. In the night some dogs barked all night long so it wasn't really the silent retreat that we hoped for. The breakfast was good you could find something for everybody. On the plus side the location is great, the garden is beautiful, close to the beach, the rooms are ok, comfy beds, you have a minibar in the room, air conditioning and everything works fine.

The rooms are comfortable and air conditions are nice in summer although Oren has nice breeze of wind. Very clean. The breakfast is very nice and although it is until 11 am, the tea and coffee is kept until you leave. Very few hotels do that so thank you. The hotel is walking distance from sea and shopping area and Migros. We did not have car so it was 5 min walk. I will definitely come back.

Pelin, being a great host gives you an extremely warm welcome as a first impression on hotel. When you need assistance, Pelin is always around with her sincerely smiling face. North Aegean coast is not one of my favorites, but in Teomida you are in a different space. Far from the crowd, in a beautiful, peaceful environment. Comfy and large rooms, with all necessary equipment and nothing more. Beautiful views of olive trees and Aegean sea is the best part of the decoration. Great indoors with a nice view and nice looking decoration that makes you feel at home, very nice terrace with a fantastic view, unforgettable breakfasts, nice Turkish bath, a garden full of different plants are just a few benefits you can spoil yourself with... We have been there in September, but I believe it will be great in summer with its nice swimming pool and even in winter with the inviting fire place. Another great advantage of the hotel is its closeness to Ma'adra vinery. It is a 40 minutes drive from the hotel and a must try due to the delicious vines and food decorated with a unique olive tree forest! May be a bit pricey for such region, but I advice you to go and spoil yourself.

Grade:10/10 You try to rest, see the sheets are a bit dirty, a few stain spots; bathroom so so; Grade (cleaness): 6,5/10 Electronic facilities; so so! TV with limited number of channels (2-3 for kids, all in Turkish). Hair Dryer is fine, kettle so so, not so clean, never tried!. A small refrigirator. Grade(facility):5/10 Children friendly? Definitely no! Room full of sharp cornered furniture, old cribbage, everywhere full of stairs (down to the sea level and up to the restaurant) if you get a balcony room, risk of splinters in the wood flooring Grade(family):4/10 Hot water in the afternoon is OK. You go to the sea, come back around 6-7pm; the hot water is hard to find, no pressure in pipes, like dripping. Grade (hot water):3,5/10 You go to sleep, try to connect the free internet! Boom! No internet even if you connect the wifi. Cant even open youtube 360p videos. Probably overloaded! Only good for email (only in the lobby) Grade(internet): 1/10 You go to breakfast, enough for 2, there seems a lot variety of foods but more than half are cheap stuff. Good cheese, tomato and jams, along with fake honey, nut bowl without any nuts:), cheap nutella (open) etc. Grade (breakfast):6,5/10 Very nice alacarte restaurant on the top of hotel. But a bit expensive and (wanna be) trendy restaurant. Paid more than 600TL for 6 people. OK if you earn Euros, but high priced for regular people. 1 person in the group got diarrhea the other day. Not so sure for the grade but earns a 7 for the view. Grade(alacarte restaurant):7/10 Overall; are we happy? So so. Depends on your needs, but deserves a 6,5!

Reviewed By deburThe 2nd level 2 bed aprtment offered was in bad condition so we took a cleaner ground flr 1 bed, with good pool access. Furniture was very dated, well used, could do with renovating. Managemnt offered a refund for the downsizing. Only a very simple Turkish buffet breakfast was included in the rate, enjoyed under a pleasant shaded patio next to pool. No other meals served on-site. Very limited kitchenware meant it wasn't possible to cook or make tea in the unit. Our main goal was to visit nearby Troy, approx 1,5hrs by car, and Pergamon in Bergama, approx 1 hr by car. Nova is well placed for this. On-site parking but congested in the evenings from non-residents visting nearby places. Afternoons spent cooling off in the lovely big pool. Entertainment on site is a well-used pool table and fast free wi-fi. Very little English spoken by staff. There is a beach nearby, 300m, and enough of a variety of cafes and restaurants in walking distance.

The worst five star ever!
Reviewed By J.A STo be honest the title says it all, it does not even deserve it's five star rating. The food at breakfast is the same at lunch, the reception staff completely ignore you when you are even standing directly in front of them! We had problems with trying to communicate with bar staff as they did not speak a word of English! There was probably only two members of staff throughout the whole hotel who were polite. And we had other problems aswell that I better not go into! Overall if you want to stay at an excellent five star, this is not the hotel you are looking for!
