Good location but beds need sheets and front desk needs English-speaking staff
Reviewed By skinkThe hotel is in a good location but there is really nothing charming or interesting about the rooms. The beds don't have sheets and the pillow is a bit strange. Breakfast is okay but items kept disappearing as the small portions they put out get consumed. The rooms have decent wifi but very limited TV options. There is no elevator so you have to carry your bags up several flights of stairs if you are on the third floor. The room numbering is strange with numbers starting with 30 being on both the second and third floors. Front desk staff don't speak English and can't give directions. There are probably more comfortable options in Bialystok at similar prices.

Allowing for its price, both AC and a mini-fridge should be available in the room. The front desk staff friendly and helpful.

The NOISE hotel
Reviewed By zogoibi zThis place does NOT CATER for tourists who want to have some REST: the cleaning ladies start making noise (loud talk, cranking, slamming, ringing, knocking...) at 8 am, so you can't sleep any longer. The management obviously assumes that guests MUST wake up at 8 am, and if not, then we don't deserve respect. The recepcionist told me said see to it, but nothing improved. It's simply the hotel's policy to FORCE guests to wake up at 8. Unacceptable. My overal rest was, therefore, quite bad throughout my four nights' stay. For the rest, receptionists are friendly and speak good English. The location is good, nearby restaurants and services, yet a quiet area. Tasty atmosphere, free (unsurveyed) parking for customers, friendly check-in/out schedule. Besides, the room welcomes you with a little gift. Lastly, windows have blinds. But the noise spoils the experience totally.

Exceptionally nice owner, wonderful apartment, excellent service
Reviewed By Magda SI can highly recommend White Home Apartment to anyone visiting Bialystok. Mine was a long term booking and it was important to me to find a place that would feel like a home away from home. The apartment is spacious, very clean, well equipped, very quiet, and excellent value for money. I travel a lot, both professionally and as a holiday-maker and I must say that I find the owner of this property one of the nicest people I've met: lovely, helpful and accommodating. The service is excellent and the location particularly convenient. The property is located in a quiet residential area; however, its proximity to a shopping centre and to one of the main roads with regular bus service to the city centre makes it ideal for both long- and short-term stay. In sum, I am very impressed with this property and would recommend it highly to individuals, couples, or families looking for a great travel experience in Bialystok.

Hotel not in the center
Reviewed By Gina KThe hotel has good prices and is located very close to Lidl. I didn't see any public transport near and we decided to travel by car till the city center. The hotel looks cozy and our room was a bit on the smaller size and that includes also the double bed. And it got a bit hot during our stay.There is carpet in the room and on the coridor. The hotel has private parking and elevator. Unfortunately no fridge. The breakfast buffet was good. The reception staff was better than the one from the restaurant.

Reviewed By 219viktorijavBeautiful, clean and cheep room. Stuff was very helpfull. Breakfast was tasty (very good pancakes with curd ?) they even have traditional dumblings “pierogi” for breakfast, but coffee from the coffee machine is extra priced. Tv channels only in polish.
