This short hike was recommended by Hannah while we waited to have our room cleaned. We arrived before check-in time. The hike was a terrific way to spend a couple of hours before we went into to Grebbestad for a late lunch. I would recommend this easy hike for anyone. The rocks are easy to move on and the path is well marked if you use the “red route”. Since there was a strong wind we got to see wonderful waves crashing over the rocks.

Very long and beautiful sandy beach. We traveled across whole western and eastern coasts of Sweden, and Tylosand became the best beach for us

Getterön on the north side of Varberg is a neat place for a rest for families and cycklists. Show the kids the birds resting in their travel North or South by the Kattegat. There is a shelter where you can stay dry even in rainy wearher or stay longer protected from wind with bifocals watching birds and the nature.
