The really flat beach is great for the kids! Very little waves they can run in and out of without fear of getting knocked down! There’s tons of food choices, an emart, and a 7/11 right across from the beach. The public restrooms are right next to the emart. The only strange thing about the beach is to be prepared to pay 10,000 won if you set up a tent or umbrella. That’s technically considered camping and that’s what it costs to camp on the beach. It looks like they’re not super consistent with charging people but I guess if you “set up camp” right in front of the guard tower (which is also right across the street from the bathrooms) there’s a higher risk of being asked to pay. Still worth the dough for how much fun we had! We’ll definitely go back!
