Virginia Beach has all the elements of a classic seaside resort: gorgeous beaches, a lively boardwalk, plenty of restaurants and nightspots, and amusement rides sure to appeal to kids. Sports enthusiasts will find celebrated golf courses in Virginia Beach and the surrounding area, as well as sea kayaking and miles of hiking trails. Many believe Virginia Beach is at its best in the off-season, when the town is less crowded but the weather is still mild.

Amplitude is a cutting-edge restaurant that brings a unique concept to the dining experience. We also specialize in the art of karaoke, providing two options: 1. Nine VIP private rooms of various sizes (1 to 30 people) 2. Open mic karaoke in bar area In addition to karaoke, Amplitude’s menu has innovative Asian fusion and American fare with a full bar! Private room karaoke is the staple in most Asian countries, including Japan, Korea, China, the Philippines, and Vietnam, just to name a few. Amplitude Karaoke closes the gap between East and West by providing VIP rooms with different languages, with a main stage area for open mic karaoke! To top it all off, Amplitude Karaoke focuses on a fusion menu that no one else in Hampton Roads provides!

Elevation 27 is Virginia's best sounding concert venue featuring national touring artists. We are also a full service restaurant, serving lunch Tuesday - Sunday from 11-2 and smoked barbecue cooked right on premisis.

Conveniently located just off the strip, Side Street has the best Mexican food I’ve found around the strip. They can be a little pricy, especially the drinks, but everything is pricy in restaurants in the tourist packed strip area. Good salsa and chips start off the meals. Their fajitas are good and everyone else enjoyed their meals as well. You get plenty to eat. The civiche meals were huge. Good Mexican ambiance. It was a fun place to have dinner on Cinco de Mayo. They also have some cool sugar skull t-shirts.
