Le Bar Park Hyatt Paris-Vendome

The bar at Park Hyatt Bar Paris-Vendome is a place that is not suspected from the street, a well kept secret where connoisseurs and regulars find themselves regularly as in a den. We want our guests to feel good at the bar, wishing to come back knowing that they will be surprised at each visit. Experimental Cocktail Club

Cosy bar, cool but not pretentious. I loved my Negonri and their cocktail list was tempting. Nice subdued lighting and good music. The bar staff were charming and fun. Both nights we visited it was busy but high turnover meant you get a seat...cocktails are about 13 euros so I think most people just had one and moved on!

So I have a thing about Karaoke bars. I can't stand them, but this place was located right under our Air B&B and we decided to give it a go. It was a Sunday night and we rented a private box for 6 for 2 hours (Although we only had 5 girls) The room is a decent size but is on the smaller side. The service was great as you could order drinks and snacks right from the screen. Music selection was ok. The best part... is it's private and you can be as loud as you want. We recorded ourselves so that we could watch the next morning. Hilarious after a couple of drinks. I had so much fun here and it made for some great memories. Good drinks too! I will say expensive, but worth the experience if you want to let loose with your friends. I would have stayed an extra hour if the place hadn't closed for the night.

Harry's New York Bar

This old bar was a favorite hangout of F. Scott Fitzgerald and Ernest Hemingway in the 1920s.

Reviewed By JennLala - New York City, United States

This was an adorable bar and is well worth stopping in for a visit. Not only do they make amazing cocktails, it was neat to drink here for historic reasons. It is the oldest cocktail bar in Paris and known to be the spot where several classic drinks such as The Bloody Mary and Sidecar were invented. Hemingway and Chanel drank here and Gershwin composed "American In Paris" in the piano corner downstairs. Though the drinks are on the pricey side, they are worth it. As the evening progressed the lights were dimmed and a piano player came in to entertain for the evening. It was romantic and lovely and we ended up having a second round. Over all this was a fabulous place to enjoy history and meticulously made delicious cocktails.
