I was on a cruise with my sister and our first stop was Livorno, then Florence and Pisa. We had no plan but when we were dropped off in the center of town, we saw the tour bus. A friendly Emma encouraged us to join the tour. The best decision we could have made. Emma and Francesco the driver took us to the city. Emma gave us a mini history lesson as well as some helpful advice about making our way around we saw all the memorable sights, took dozens of pictures and ate all around Florence. Emma was so knowledgeable about the area and we used her tips the rest of our vacation. We had the freedom to roam around,and shop, and take photos and we were back at our ship with time to spare! Such a great tour!

What a trip! Adam, our driver, was fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The day went according to plan and we had marvellous visits to both the extensive complex of Villa Adriana and then taken up the hill to Villa d’Este and its magnificent water gardens. Thoroughly recommend this out of Rome trip although pre-trip communication from the local provider could be improved.

Francesca and our private tour of the Vatican was a highlight of our trip to Rome! It was easy to organize and she met us right outside of the Vatican museum. We the. Set off through the ancient walls of the Vatican where Francesca highlighted all the works of art and history of the Vatican. Tour knew our port was changed right when we did and adjusted the itenirary. Guide was very knowledgeable about the different areas. She also went out of her way to take us to the theatre in Taormina. Was one of the top days on entire trip.
